Setting up CoverFlow PLugin

I have a c240,and I can find out how to setup the pictureflow plugin... please deliberate. Thanks

Ok,Now I got the album art working,but everytime I time I try to load Pictureflow I get Could not allocate Temporary buffers... please help!
EDIT:Got it to work now.

Perhaps you could explain what you did in case anyone else has this problem in the future?
