xp wont recognize studio 20

I deleted  xp sp2 and that still didn't help.  I get the audio nosie when you plug in a usb devise but I can't locate the devise in my computer or explore.  I have another mass storage devise and that is reconized every time.  Any help would be great.

Have you installed the drivers for it?

i dowmloaded drivers off of the arcos site.  I don't no where to go from there.  thanks

Well, install them and plug in the jukebox again.

i attempted to open them and nothing happens.  i doubled clicked on all the exe files and nothing happen.  there is no setup file....is the supposed to be a set up file.  thanks for the help!
