How to access key+key features on Sansa E200?

In the manual(p. 30) it says that I can have access to special features:

Select + Play         = Show Pitch Screen
Select + Submenu = Enter ID3 Viewer.
Power + Right = Skip to the next directory.
Power + Left   = Skip to the previous directory.

But no one is working if I press two keys(like Select+Play) at the same time on my Sansa E200. Nothing happens.
Is this a bug of rockbox or a problem of my specific model (Sansa E280 v1 with radio)?

I think maybe the notation in the manual could be clarified.  I was able to get into the Pitch screen by treating the + as a concatenation.  I.e. press the buttons sequentially, one after the other.

Llorean:
They're supposed to be simultaneous presses. If they're not working simultaneously there's a bug somewhere.
