No, as you can see by the lack of mention in the SVN log on the front page.

It only speeds up the low bitrate coding features of Vorbis, and it uses up a good bit of IRAM so I'm hesitant to commit it as is.  Ideally, it should be made to only use that IRAM if the low bitrate features are actually in use since relatively few files will benefit from them.

How low of a bitrate are we talking here?  I use 80kbps on a regular basis.

OK, just checked...it appears to be lower in the 32-48kbps range.  I haven't checked quality there lately, not sure how much it's improved.
