I don't have "Charge During USB Connection "

Like I said, regarding charging via USB, see:  http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/8802 .   (I wish I could help troubleshoot this but the USB charging functionality on my iPod is broken.)

Ah, sorry.  I read the reported problem on that page and it sounded like it was a different problem--different iPod model and the reported problem was in regards to charging from an AC adapter, not USB.  It's only in the comments is my specific issue described.
