Date & Time keep reset itself

I've seen similar things on my Sansa E200. Once in a while, the time is off by a number of hours/days/years. I think it was a while ago now though...

I'm using the current version 3.1
I've notice that if I plug it in my computer to charge or transfer file, the date and time get reset when I unplug. Because when I plug and unplug, it load the sensa driver instead of rock box. I have to restart the player to load redbox driver.  I think that's the reason why the date time get reset.
