Option to choose firmware type (OF or RB) from Settings menu

Hello,

I've seen a lot of complains on the forum that different players load different firmwares not in the way they want them to. I have a problem that I'd like to be solved. Here is my problem:
I have Sansa e260 and latest RB. Also I have a cradle in my car for it with the charger and audio out. Everything is connected, I start the car and now I have a power on my cradle and Sansa starts up, but not with the RB. OF is being loaded at this moment. To avoid this I need to turn the player on before I start my car.
I saw several similar issues from other users about wall chargers and so on.
I think it would be a good idea to have some option in the settings menu to be able to select whatever load firmware you want:
1. Official firmware (no exceptions)
2. Rockbox firmware (no exceptions)
3. USB connection based selection (current behavior)
or something like that

This has been discussed before and the general feeling has been that it should not be implemented. 

Regarding your car problem, thats a bug and it should be fixed, not worked around with more features.

I think it's simple enough to boot into the original firmware, just hold the left button down while it's booting and then it'll switch to the original.

The original is kind of bland and boring though, I don't see why you'd want it.

I put all my pictures in Jpeg, all my music in Ogg Vorbis, and all my video in Mpeg-2, so using the original firmware is pretty much absolutely pointless for me.

Personally I don't want original firmware, that's the point and I mentioned it as an option.
I want to use OF only for file transfer, however I can live even without it, because Sansa has MicroSD slot.
But anyway if it is a bug and going to be fixed, even if not very soon, I'm ok with that.
