Well you haven't given me any information at all to go on, but as a random guess, perhaps you have an e260v2 or an e260 Rhapsody version.  Check the firmware version you have installed and make sure its not a rhapsody player.

ok nvm guys :D   I R dumb lol i have version 2 :( so yeah i dont think i could get rockbox, btw if someone has a suggestion on what i should do or if there is one for version two then plz post

There is no e260vs. Do you have a e200v2? That is not supported (as stated on the front page).

If your Sansa firmware version is 3.x then you have a Version 2 Sansa and it is not compatible with Rockbox, period.  The version 2 has totally different guts than the version 1.
