Well, isn't that clear enough? An unsupported Apple player was detected. Unsupported Apple players are the Classic, the newer Nanos and the Shuffle. Which in your case does exactly indicate that you have a Classic.

I'm really wondering why we put that unsupported variant detection in Rockbox Utility at all ...
