Reading APEv2 (?) tags from .wv and .ape files
« on: January 26, 2009, 02:24:20 AM »
Could someone please point me to the place in source code where APEv2 tags are read from .wv and .ape files (like "performer", "title", etc)?
I want to add support for an additional tag name and then do something with data it contains.

Thank you.

Most of what you want is in /apps/metadata/.  Read the comment starting at line 104 of mp3.c.  Also my commit of r18732 added a new tag, it might point you in the right direction.
