installing rockbox on sansa e250

I'm having a problem installing rockbox on my Sansa Sandisk e250.

For starters, when I plug it in, it appears on the My Computer menu (windows xp) under the title of "Other", and it doesn't have a letter drive. I'm able to manually copy the rockbox files onto it, but not the bootloader. It has the filename of My Computer\Sansa e250. I'm logged on as an admin.

Can anyone help me?

It needs to be in MSC mode, yours is in MTP mode.
