bootloader can't be installed on my ipod nano 2g(1st gen)

it just tells me "failed to add bootloader" again and again

how can i do with it??

plz help.

i tried on windows vista and xp , the problem is always there.

my ipod has changed into windows vesion.

i just can't find the problem!!

(besides,i'm a taiwanese ,and my english is not very well.  So please type easier words  :P)

Have you tried using a different USB port or cable? It's known that somethings especially front USB ports fail sometimes, especially when doing low-level stuff like installing the bootloader. Also, you might have a broken cable.

Please be more specific the next time, "doesn't work" isn't a question someone can be too helpful about -- without knowing details it's almost impossible to provide good answers. (Usual questions: how are you trying to install, which OS are you using, have you installed any other firmware on the player, etc.)
