Oops! i formatted my iPod5.5 while using rockbox, it;s awsome T.T

As saratoga has said, you need to follow the directions the message has given you:

You still have the Rockbox bootloader installed, just not the Rockbox files. Put the iPod in Disk Mode (method given by previous post), and then it should connect as a USB Mass Storage Device. You can then place a new .rockbox folder into the iPod if you want Rockbox back, and if you want the default Apple firmware, simply go into iTunes and do a restore.

but...that's the point

i could reboot with pushing menu+select(main button ;at one time)

However after rebooting i pushed that(select+play ;at one time) button so many times,
but it didnt work.

hmm....

should i push that button another way?

When i back home, i will try again.

I hope it's working

Maybe you're waiting too long.  As soon as the screen blanks start holding Select + Play.
