sansa e250 froze while loading doom. now i cant do anything (solved)

hello, i have a problem.
o tried to launch doom but it gives me the error:

"Data abort
at 01FBCA74 (0)"

I selected "play" from the doom menu and thats it, i cant do anything now.
now buttons works, the light of the scrolling wheel wont go off.

i pressed every button, checked hold twice, nothing is possible?
what should i do?

edit: i also inserted a microsd card and connected wth the pc.
nothing happens!

Hold the power button for around 15-30 seconds to force a hard shut-down, then start it back up.

oh thank you i did not know that was possible, i must held it for like 14 seconds before, the time seemed endless so i stopped pressing it.
thank you verry much!

it really gave me a hard time, you know 8)

No problem. Just remember anytime your Sansa freezes that holding the power button forces a hardware shut-off, and to be patient with it since it takes a little while.
