Connecting Rockbox iRiver to Truck Audio? Issues?

Are there any Rockbox 'issues' I should know about before buying a late model Chevy truck? 

I searched the forums and found references to volume problems using car radios to control Rockboxed Ipods, but nothing pertaining to iRiver.  Frankly, I'm not sure how these folks connected their Ipods, since the new GM trucks don't have cassette players or 1/8" line-in jacks.

Can anyone offer advice on how to attack this problem?
