e260 v1 will not start rockbox while plugged in

Try it with a current build instead.  Charging was enabled more recently than 3.1. . ..  See: http://svn.rockbox.org/viewvc.cgi?view=rev;revision=19748

It worked fine when I tried it with r19770 with my e280

Should I just click on the "current build" link and install from there?
