By now I feel this idea is basically fantasy.  DRM support ought to be in NoDo... and guess what... it is actually the very first thing on the list!  But anyways, if you still want to play it, here's one idea:

* Audible Player for Java mobile phones
* phoneME, an open source J2ME implementation, distributed under GPLv2
