HOW DO I INSTALL THEMES ONTO MY IPOD?!?!?!

i have a 5th generation ipod 30 gigabytes and i like the themes that people have created. i download some of them, but then what do i do after that to use on my ipod? plz help!

Drag and drop them onto your ipod, and then browse to them in the settings menu in rockbox (the manual has more info about this if you need it)

i do, and it doesnt appear in my ipod's themes section

Did you drag and drop the .zip file?  It's the contents that you would drag and drop.  The .zip file should contain a .rockbox folder.  Copy that to your iPod, saying "yes" when it asks if you want to overwrite things (nothing will actually be overwritten).

depends on the operating system. MacOS will delete the .rockbox folder and replace it with the one from the .zip file. It can't merge folders (I learned it the hard way. don't ask.)

Open the .zip file with some kind of archiving program (WinZip, 7-zip, WinRAR, etc), then drag the .rockbox folder into the same place the .rockbox folder is, in your iPod. It will prompt you to merge. Select "all".
