Need to unbrick my Onda VX989+ (ccpmp_cfg.dl needed)

Hello

I need to flash my Onda VX989+

I already have the HXF firmware

I am unable to use chinachip tool because the ccpmp_cfg.dl file for VX989+ is missing

My Onda can connect to USB but have a white screen

Please help
