Instructions using Foobar2000 and Replaygain

Anyone have instructions on using Foobar2000 to apply Replaygain to mp3s?

I see a variety of stuff that you can do when files are selected, but not sure what is the appropriate action to take.

Any help would be appreciated!

Replaygain -> Scan Album.

Also, these are not the foobar2000 forums.
