Looking to download new tagnavi file(s) or for help creating one

Hello. First let me apologise for potentially misusing the forum on my first post. I know what I'm looking for has already been posted somewhere but there isn't a dedicated topic for it and I've yet to find it on the search function so I'm resorting to asking.

So here's the deal: I'm a first time Rockbox user, running version r19569-081223 (latest release build as of yesterday) on a Sansa e280 (version 1). Going from the Sansa firmware to Rockbox is a bit of a jump and since I'm a fairly straightforward listener I'm looking to remove some options from the Database menu and to rearrange some of the existing ones.

I've gotten as far as understanding that the menu is defined by the tagnavi file, but that I should edit tagnavi_custom instead (assuming this will infact give me a new menu and not an additional one under 'custom view'). The problem is that I don't appear to have a tagnavi_custom file and I can't seem to save a copy of tagnavi as a .config file after editing it in Notepad. On the other hand I know a lot of other users have already edited their own tagnavi_custom files to essentially what I'm looking for, but I can't seem to find any complete files, only sections posted online.

So here's what I'm looking for:
Option 1: Someone uploads an exisiting tagnavi_custom file that'll give me a menu similar to this (if one already exists, I wouldn't want to ask someone to do it all for me):

Genre
Year
Never Played Tracks
Search

Option 2: Someone explains where I can find a tagnavi_custom file to edit myself, or how to save the tagnavi file (renamed to tagnavi_custom) as a .config instead of .txt file after editing it in Notepad (or Wordpad if it's easier).

Simply type the filename in the textbox and ingore the "Save as type" pulldown menu.

You can also force the issue by enclosing the filename (with extension) in quotes -- e.g. "tagnavi.config".
