"Beep" is distorted with 3.1 (not 3.0) on Ipod 5.5 80G

After updating rockbox from 3.0 to 3.1 (r19569-081223) on my 80gb Ipod Video 5.5, I noticed that the "beep" noise when turned on now sounds really distorted and fuzzy. This happens on any setting; weak, moderate or strong.

Not too sure what is would be causing this, but it makes me worry that all the audio coming out of the ipod might be distorting as well.

Do you mean "keyclick"?  Bug reports can be filed using Flyspray (link on the left).

Nah, I don't mean the keyclick. I mean the beep that can be enabled in Settings/Playback Settings/Beep Volume.
I will add it to flyspray, thanks.
