Change "Database" name

Is there a way to change the "Datebase" name in my sansa c240 so it will say "Music" since thats where the music is...

If you edit the source and build your own Rockbox. The database is not the only way to access your music so this change will not be made in SVN.  I wouldn't want this change on any of my players, for instance.

why wouldnt you change it? and where else is the music.... for me database has all my music on it

One (the?) way to do this would be to just edit the language files and recompile. You don't actually need to touch C code at all.

In fact, you don't even need to recompile, just hack the *.lng file as described here:

You need to actually load the language file. English.lng isn't normally used: English is compiled in. To use a modified one you actually need to "change" the language to that English.lng file.

What, the button that's labelled as 'Right' and marked as >>| in the manual (link)?

Unless you are running a custom build, that button should 'execute' a file as described here.

i do that i select it a thing pops up that says "new language" but it doesnt change anything "database" still says "database"
