Cygwin Problem. Setup.ini not found.

I'm trying to setup a cross compiler but i'm having difficulties. I was following the guide posted here: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/CygwinInstallWithScreenShots and it was a great help. When I got to step 3, where you add the rockbox downloads site to the list of mirrors, I can click next after selected rockbox but I get an error where it says: "Unable to get setup.ini from <http://download.rockbox.org/cygwin/>"

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you sure it's not complaining about not finding "setup.ini.sig" ? If it is you can supply -X as a command line option to setup to disable this check.

That's what I thought at first too but even when I did the -X command it still gave me the same message.

I think I may have gotten around it by grabbing the source, installing wget, and using rockboxdev.sh.
