sleep timer missing in Rockbox 3.1 for Sansa e200 (e280)

Was this moved? The last build I have that had the sleep timer on the e200 system menu was r18877 (10/25/08). I couldn't find any reference to this in the General or User Interface forums since then, or in the 3.1 release notes. Thanks.

Check out the manual for 3.1.

The 3.1 e200 manual says the sleep timer is on the system menu, where it's always been. It's not in the interface, though.

My copy says that it's under System -> Date and Time -> Sleep Timer.

I missed the extra level of hierarchy. At first glance, it looked like the previous text--sorry.

FWIW, this seems like a pointless complication. The sleep timer isn't a system date/time function--it's a playback-related function, because it's reset every time you restart the player. This is similar to a bookmark and should be at a higher menu level, not a lower one.

Was there a good reason for moving this feature? Is there a chance it could be put back where it's been?
