im re-trying them ill tell what they do

the "online" never loaded and then poped up and said internet explorer cannot display the webpage
same for the "html-zip"
and "pfd"

Try waiting a while and trying again. It may just be that the servers are in the process of updating.

It's on the same server as the manuals. If you can't get to them, you can't get to it. Have patience.
