Plugin problem on Sansa e270

First off, I LOVE Rockbox. First tried it on my 3rd Gen iPod. So, now I use my e270 Sansa.

Anyways, I tried to encode a movie file using WinFF and the settings for my player this site recommended. When I click in "Charlie2.mpg" nothing happens but a little lightning bolt thing in the upper right hand corner flashes for a sec.

I also tried a .gbc game and a .gb, but the same thing happened. I already searched ALOT. Any ideas?

[edit] Forgot to tell you, I have v3.1 of Rockbox.
[Edit 2] Well, it seems thats not the only things. Midi's dont work either (yes, the patchset is in the right directory). Hmm, bad install maybe?

Chronon:
The lightning bolt icon indicates that it's accessing memory.  Elephants Dream (an mpeg) works fine on Rockbox 3.1 on my e280.  Given that several of your viewers are not working properly I suspect that maybe the zip that you downloaded got corrupted.  Try installing again and see if that fixes things for you.

Please don't suggest formatting as the first thing to try! If it's even needed, it should always be a last resort
