is there any way you could make something that could control the bass and treble levels.
just like in itunes the equalizer

Uh, there already is... Try looking in the Sound Settings menu in Settings... (From the main menu screen, go to Settings -> Sound Settings , they're the second and third options in that menu...)

Seriously, look around a little, read the manual... Something like that should have been easy to find!
