Installing bootloader in ipod nano 2generation 4GB with ipodpatcher

Hi i have an ipod nano 2g 4GB and i tried to install bootloader with ipodpatcher in it. But it says it does not support to install bootloader in ipod nano 2g. How am i gonna install bootloader in my ipod nano 2g in order to run rockbox??? Plz reply asap!!!

Ok if it doesnt support bootloader in ipod nano 2g then how am i gonna run rockbox in my ipod nano 2g without a bootloader??

There is currently no work on a port to the 2nd gen nano. There Apple firmware is encrypted, and until the encryption scheme is figured out, nothing can be done.

Anyway, I'm locking the thread, since the original question has been answered and discussions about this sort of thing have already carried more times than I can count.
