mingwm10.dll in WinXP HELP!!!

Hi Guys, newby here trying to install this great sounding bit of kit for the first time.

Anyway, when I try to run the installation utility in WinXP, an error box jumps up saying
"Failed to start because mingwm10.dll is missing"

Anybody got a clue what it means and omre imortantly, how to fix it??

Please have a search of the forums.  This problem is known, but unfortunately due to Christmas/New Year it may be a few days until it is fixed.  More information/workarounds here:
