Bootloader Installation Problem

Hi,

I just successfully downloaded Rockbox on my iPod-mini. I am now trying to download it on my Nano. I have gotten to the Bootloader installation, and have run into a problem. I get the message "no iPods found, aborting". My iPod is plugged in, and I believe I installed the firmware properly. Any ideas on what the problem might be? Thank you.

Edit - it is not a 1st gen nano, so this will not work. I see there are a few ways to uninstall Rockbox - what is the best way to do it in this case? Will there be any damage to the nano? Thank you.

There is no way to install the Rockbox bootloader on a second generation or later Nano, so there should be no need to uninstall anything.  If you have installed a Rockbox build on your Nano, just delete the .rockbox folder.
