ATA error -11

Anyone know what this is is?

I've checked all the internal HDD connections I can on a new ZIF drive for an H140 and can't get rid of it.

The error number comes from return codes of functions in firmware/drivers/ata.c.  It seems -11 means master_slave_detect() failed.  It is possible that there is a hardware problem.  However, I'd replace that function with a hard coded value and see what happens then.  First try ata_device = 0 , then ata_device = SELECT_DEVICE1.  You might also want to see if there is some way of setting up the hard drive as master.
