The Slick Themes: Bushfire and Let It Blue

First off: I love the two themes  ;D

But can I make some requests:

1) Can you change the volume icon to something more solid-white, something that blends well with the other more solid-white icons like the shuffle, repeat, play/pause, battery, etc.?

2) Instead of a big question mark for no album art, can you place instead a musical scale symbol (like in the original iPod OS)? Or the Rockbox symbol?

3) A full 10-star rating system

I would greatly love these changes, to 2 excellent themes!
