Bootloader install/uninstall Problems

Hi. I have an ipod 30gig 5.5gen. A while ago, I installed rockbox, then I uninstalled it a little later. Between now and then I have reinstalled the Apple firmware several times. Yesterday, I tried to do the full installation, but the boot loader wouldn't install. Today, I tried to install the bootloader seperatley from the main rockbox. The boot loader still wouldn't work. I just realized that because I had already installed Rockbox once, I didn't need to reinstall the bootloader, so I installed rockbox without it. Then I tried to boot rockbox and it wouldn't work. I tried to uninstall the bootloader, but then it kept telling me that my ipod couldn't be found. Whenever I tried to do something else, the iPod was found easily. Please Help me  ???

P.S. I used the Rockbox Utility in Windows XP

Please explain exactly what you are doing (using the names of the tabs and buttons in Rockbox Utility), and write down the error messages you are receiving, if any.

Posting the output of the About / System Info box could also help revealing possible problems.
