Ipod 5.5 gen not charging

so i rockboxed my 30 gig 5.5 gen ipod the other day then soon after the battery died so i instantly hooked it up to my usb to try and charge it, so it says its charging then about an hour later i take it off the charger and then it dies again and now it wont charge off of the usb for the computer. is ther anything that i can do??

Boot into the original firmware and try USB charging from there.  This may be related to FS#8802 .  Firewire charging should work from Rockbox.
