i have a few questions...

... such as: how do i delete programs and games that i don't want?
When I go into "files" and then Video, there is nothing there. though i know i put some videos on it. it is the same with pictures. how do i view them?
i have text documents on my player but the text goes off the screen. I have to go left tand right but it is really jerky and makes it hard to read. how do i get so i can just scroll up and down, not side to side
and
up and down.
when i put music on it from itunes it puts the music in "files". I can still listen to it, but it just would be nice if it was with all my other music. (the other music was from windows media player).
How do i delete recordings with out getting on my computer and doing it?
These are all of them i can think of right now. I have a sansa model e200 sanddisk player, it holds 2 Gig. I hope this was the right place to put these questions.

You can put your music where ever you want. If you don't like where it is, move it.
You can delete plugins you don't want by removing them from the .rockbox folder.

You delete plugins and games by deleting their .rock files.
If they don't show up, you've either set the player to show only "Music", or it's showing only "Supported" files (the default) and you haven't converted the videos and images to types Rockbox can open.
The options for the text viewer are probably in the manual. At least its controls are, which should tell you how to access its menu (assuming it has one, I don't use it, but you should be checking the manual first either way).
Then don't use iTunes.
Deleting is also covered in the manual.
This was the right place for your first question, but you really shouldn't include a half dozen unrelated questions in one place, it's impossible to get the right place when the questions all belong in different places.

These are all in the manual.
No offense, but nothing here is so urgent you can't take a few minutes to do it the right way. If you don't have enough time to try to be polite enough to do it our way, you probably don't have enough time to be playing with MP3 players either.

But none of these questions are urgent. They may feel urgent to you, but you're asking other people to give up time to help.
So please, just follow our guidelines. Read the manual first, and then when you have new questions put them in the right area for those questions.

ok if thats what you think is best. but its all a matter of opinion whether it is "urgent" or not.

I said "urgent" not "important." I also noted that they may feel so for you. But they are not time critical. Your MP3 player will still be there tomorrow, or the next day, when you get an answer to your question (or in this case, when you finish reading the manual).
The guidelines you agreed to during registration don't say "unless you're in a rush."
Edit: Just for reference, the previous post previously said "important" where it apparently now says "urgent"

ok we got off on the wrong foot. if anyone would be nice enough to answer my questions without complaint i would be happy. i am just fed up with the manual... it is to hard to find what i want. but here is a question that the manual dosn't cover... when i look in files on my player there is only a photo file, a record file, a tmp file, and a video file. where is my rockbox. file i see on my computer?
also i have put quite a few txt. files on my player. i have them sorted in a number of folders. on my mp3 player the folders show up but the actual txt. files don't.
and another question... under plugins i have "games" "applications" and "demos" should there also bea "viewers"?
also i edited so now it says urgent. happy?

I've locked this thread. Feel free to come back when you've actually READ the manual. Saying "I don't want to read it" again doesn't excuse you from the requirement of doing so.
The .rockbox FOLDER (it is not a file) is hidden by default because it starts with a period. If you set Rockbox to show all file types, you can see it.
The solutions to all your other questions are still in the manual.
