Can't get to the new driver

I have the e200r. I'm following the installation instructions for installing the driver first. I got it into manufacturer mode okay, then as the guide said, it asked me for a driver. Again, following the directions, I point it to the folder where I unzipped that, but when I click on it (or any of its sub folders, the Okay button just stays greyed out and I can't proceed. Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
