e280... themes not working

i updated to the latest version and the now playing screen works on the default themes but my custom themes refuse to work

It's likely that your custom themes rely on obsolete WPS code.  The current tags can be found on the CustomWPS page on the wiki.  Notably, scrolling margins were removed and the progress bar tag was overhauled during the summer.
