260R i installed rock box how do i sync with media or other music services?

Hi -

just finished installing RBOX . the screens wouldnt stay up long needed constant button pushing. how do i fix this as it is a pain.
when i go into computer nothing like a E:/ directory shows up ?

if computer doesnt recognize it how am i to sync to add songs or better yet how do i add songs?

after the splash page it loops directly to recording and any intervention with pushing record button or any button/dial it freezes. i hit power/menu for 10-15 secs and mp3 goes off and with restart same all over

how do i get it back to normal

You can reset your settings by holding the record button while it boots up.
