Database will not display all albums

dear mods i have searched on the forums to find a solution my problem but cannot find one
so as a last resort i decided to post.

Here is the situation i have a few albums that i put onto my ipod they are tagged and have all the information necessary on them when i go into database and go into albums i have only one album displaying which is my cold play album and i have put on 3 other albums and they do not display  the other albums are tagged as well when i go and play the songs from the album in the file menu the ipod recognizes it as part of the album. I can tell  because it shows the album art i just do not understand why it doesn't show up in the database area if you have a solution let me know thank you guys

Try reinitializing the database so it scans your iPod again for all of the music files on it, then reboot your iPod once it's done scanning so it will save the updated information. To reinitialize the database, hold select while the Database menu entry is selected to bring up the database context menu, then select "Initialize Database".
