rockbox blackscreen problem...help plz

i accidentally selected the screen to be off on the display setings while trying to set it on a timer. i went to recovery mode and it didn't fix it, i tried reinstalling the bootloaders and rockbox on my sansa, removing rockbox manually..and installing new..still nothing.can you help me plz :'(

Chronon:
There's info in the manual about resetting your settings.  Try that and report back.
