Set it for 100 and it will never unboost! ;)

Yes, as the CPU is running at full speed.

I wasn't suggesting boost as a permanent solution - but rather as a test to see if list-scrolling issues go away for you.

I'm keeping an eye on it....
EDIT: CPU Frequency set at 3. Seems to sort things out. Battery dies faster of course. I can live with that. Happy Days
