iriver h10 mic input?

the iriver h10 doesnt have a microphone input. I was wondering if it was possible to create a hack to allow the headphone input as a microphone input, or if the hardware in the machine would make this impossible.

I've never heard of the H10 being able to do this.  Can the retail firmware?

The headphone jack cannot be used as an input for a microphone.  It is strictly an output.

The H10's cradle has a line-in jack that you may be able to use as a mic input, though I'm not sure how well that would work...
