ELEMENT MP4 MODEL# GC-1020

Just bought one from sears,and I can transfer files but when I unplug and look for the files in the player its says" No Music Found" or "No Video Found",Ive followed the instructions to the "T",from Formating the flash drive in the player to calling there Support tech#(and there useless)...Was wondering if there's any firmware I can load up for this player,because I cant find any on the net or on the manufactures website.....need help....

This player is not supported by Rockbox. Rockbox only runs on the players listed on the front page of the site.
