My Sansa MP3 player wont install RockBox because it has the wrong configuration

It shouldn't show a sansa MP3 player. It should show two drives (one for the player and one for the microSD drive).
Are you sure it's in MSC mode right now?

Is it really that hard to find the informations about Rockbox Utility? Is it even hard to find the simple graphical walkthrough at GraphicalInstall? None of the download pages links to Rockbox Utility directly but all go to its wiki page, and we expect you to read that before asking questions ...
