C250 black screen after rockbox

had try reinstalling rockbox, but whenever i power on my c250, i see the startup screen then followed by black screen. had tried using automatic and manual rockbox installation, but none help. had also tried the latest stable (3.0) and the latest current build.

anyone has solution for this?

while pressing |<< and power on, managed to get a glimpse and saw Rockbox loader or something, then furthur down, its says loading original firmware. shouldn't it be loading rockbox instead?

No, because holding |<< while powering on is supposed to boot the original firmware. This is intentional.

noted. but also show's that RB bootloader is installed. i had tried starting the player as normal (many times). after i see the usual start-up screen, the black screen appears and is there to stay.

1.  When you load the original firmware, does it work properly?

2.  Try resetting your settings, either by deleting the file config.cfg or by using the key combination described in the manual.   Reboot.  What happens?
