Sansa C200 no longer plays through dock

Installing either way should be fine.  One possibility is that for whatever reason there's no signal being delivered to line out.  I don't have a c200 or any accessory that gives access to line out.  I asked on the IRC channel just now and it's not clear if anyone around here has both a dock and a c200 to test with.  I posted the URL for this topic, so maybe someone will read the log and come here to shed some light on this situation.

It might be a good idea to file a bug report.  Usually, I try to make sure the problem affects multiple users of the same hardware before suggesting this (as an indication that it's not a fluke of a single target).  That doesn't seem like a good pre-condition in this case due to the scarcity of c200 users with docks.  ;)
