Is My iPod Bricked? [No, I'm just dumb]

AROAH:
I installed RockBox onto my 30GB 5.5G iPod video last night. It worked perfectly fine. I turned it off this morning to save battery after charging it overnight. I tried turning it back on, and it refuses to. It's just off. I connected it to my computer, but nothing happens. What do I do?

No.  Reset your player by holding Menu + Select until it reboots.

AROAH:
Huh...

I had tried that earlier, but I just wasn't holding it down long enough, apparently. Thanks, then. Sorry about posting in the wrong section. I don't know what I was thinking there.
