H320/H340: Correct battery polarity?

I've replaced my battery a couple times. So many times that I think I need to double check that I'm getting the polarity correct (sometimes I've reversed, sometimes I haven't).

Can anyone just answer this simple question: should positive be on the left side or right side of the connector (e.g., if the battery connector is viewed from the top should positive be closer to the screen[left side], or closer to the DC port[right side])?

The 'left' side (with the connector pointed away from you)  Or, if you prefer, 'left' side, closer to the screen

Follow the instructions here and you should have no problem.  As you'll see, you can swap the wires by lifting the 'catch' on the connector with a thin knifeblade and gently pulling them free.  A surgical clamp works well to hold the connector, while you're doing this.

REVERSE POLARITY CAN KILL YOUR PLAYER!!  Check and doublecheck!
