I can't seem to unzip the zip file that i downloaded.
Anyone know what I can do? I'm running mac os 10.5.5 and whenever i try unzipping it, no file appears.
Thanks.

The default application for unzipping on Macs is a bit opf a pain - it doesn't like dealing with items that start with a . as is the case here. I would advise using Rockbox Utility, it will sort it all out for you:

Rockbox Utility is the best way of installing builds onto a player for Mac OS X users. But you should also download a copy of StuffIt Expander as well... as a "Plan B".

Don't forget Finder hides folders which start with a "." by default, so it's possible that the zip file *was* expanding properly, but Finder was just refusing to show the folder it had extracted.

Download
this widget
to your Dashboard, and activate it to reveal hidden files and folders (including the .rockbox folder) on your storage media.
